Had a booking for 2 people for 1 night for Sunday 6th May, here at Pottery House on Loch Ness.

They paid half the cost as a deposit, but didn't show up. Called the mobile number that they left when booking but got voice-mail, no one has called us back.

Bit strange this one as they only booked 3 days ago. I suppose it's possible they booked the wrong date, but they were sent a confirmation email at time of booking, detailing the booking.

As I remember the booking charge has been made. So there was no problem with any loss - except my budget.

According to my records and as I stated at the time above, you paid half in advance, and left me with an empty room on a bank holiday weekend which I could have easily filled, so not totally "no problem with any loss - except my budget."

It's also a shame that it's taken you nearly 3 years to get it touch and explain the mistake.
