Garry Mitchell and friend were due to stay with us on Thursday 7 May 2009.
I have a phone number and a mobile but no one is answering either.
Took credit card details as security but didn't notice that it was only valid up to April 2009 so I am not claim the first night as per our terms and conditions.

In this situation people can see from the number that it's you calling so ignore the phone.

Did you know that if you dial 141 before the number it blocks caller ID so they can't see who's calling!!

I got caught out last night.

Had a telephone booking yesterday morning for last night. By 22.15 they hadn't turned up so I called them ready for a row!!!! They said "We're in the village, how do we find you?".

Oops. Good job I was polite.
