The Group Director's assistant "Rebecca" made a telephoned forward booking for two persons, 2-days in advance last week. We usually take credid card details but were assured that they would pay on arrival. - No Show, refuse to pay. They claim to have telephoned at 2245hr to cancel THE SAME DAY!!.
