Everyone with Internet, should be using an Anti Virus Program.
There can be no excuse, nowadays, for getting your machine infected, or worse, allowing it to send out infected Emails.
I have been using this program for a few years now, and it is excellent. I would reckon that AVG is better than most of the paid for programs.
Updates are available on a very frequent basis, almost daily at the moment, and all users should be keeping their Program and its Virus Database up to date.
Remember, it is FREE, and your Email address is never passed on to anyone, and you will never be spammed by AVG.
