Has anyone engaged in a transaction with Sara? We offered accommodation Aug. 21st for 10 days which she wants to book with bank draft from UNESCO UK office claiming UNESCO pay her vacation expenses, flight etc.
Googled Sara Orchard UNESCO and found a mention of same email on Lay My Hat website,

UNESCO don't pay for staff holidays. The cheque will be sent for more than you request. Then you will be asked to payher the difference in cash - if she should turn up. Then the cheque will be returned.

You lose.

Find a long barge pole - don't even touch it with that.

I have also received an e-mail from Sarah Orchard, I did e-mail her a booking form to be returned by e-mail and now a week later have not received a reply, she did promise to send a cheque also not received I was smelling a rat and I am so glad I came acroos this site, I shall be sending her another mail telling her she is not welcome and will make other hoteliers and cottage owners aware of her, I have also had a similar one from a Davina Sully which mirrors Sarah Orchards for ten nights for two she apparently works for Mission Aviation Fellowship Kenya, I also smell a rat on this one

Davina and Alan Sully work for Mision Aviation Fellowship in Kenya.  They are legitimate.  MAF does wonderful work throughout the world.  We are keen supporters.
